Our operational structure is categorized into four programs: Community Development Program, Relief Program, Sustainable Development, and Advocacy of Justice and Peace.
- Community Development: Providing social services and various kinds of community development programs in Australia.
- Emergency Relief Program: This involves delivering food relief, medical aid, drinking water, vitamins, and nutritional foods to affected communities that are urgently in need of assistance.
- Sustainable Development Program: This program refers to initiatives or projects that prioritize environmental, social, WASH, and economic sustainability, ensuring long-term benefits and minimal negative impacts.
- Advocacy of Justice and Peace: The media and research manager, Project Manager, and HR manager, are responsible for advocating for justice and peace by conducting fact-finding research about the root causes of the crisis, delivering seminar workshops to enhance community knowledge in healthcare, education, and agriculture, and informing the world about the immediate and long-term responses the affected communities require.
